1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 83ok platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and registered members of this platform ("User", "you"). The following terms used in this document shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — All digital services, websites, and applications of 83ok.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile.
• "Balance" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) deposited in the account.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided by the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

If information provided at registration is later found to be false or incomplete, 83ok reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide a valid mobile number, a password, and the required personal information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with third parties.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.3 Identity Verification

83ok reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on 83ok are fully secure. All payment information is protected through SSL encryption technology.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

83ok runs various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Another example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 wagered, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers must be used within their specified time limit.
• Claiming a bonus more than once from the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• 83ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses are applicable to one account only.

5.3 VIP & Cashback

Regular members can participate in the 83ok VIP program. Weekly cashback is available across three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier by staying regularly active. Each tier's cashback has its own applicable terms and rules.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules regarding betting and gaming on 83ok must be followed at all times:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be amended or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 83ok reserves the right to void those bets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets are generally refunded.
• 83ok is not responsible for discrepancies arising from data delays in in-play betting.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All games operate through a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If the internet connection is lost during play, the server record will be considered final.
• Any objections to game results must be reported to support within 72 hours.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

83ok is committed to ensuring fair play. Any attempt to gain an advantage through cheating, use of bots, or unethical means will result in the immediate closure of the account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 83ok platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using bots, automation software, or unethical technology.

• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

83ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.
